Revised. They have done a great job of resolving this experience. They reached out daily inviting my sister to come back. She finally decided to give them another chance and they did a fantastic job. Her feet looked great and they did a great job on her finger nails. They even followed up afterwards and that says a lot about them and how they run a business. Thank you. You’ve gained a lifetime customer. This is great example of how to retain business! Bravo ladies. Horrible experience today. My sister who is super sweet was completely taken advantage of today. She has her nails done every 3-4 weeks. Both mani and pedicures. Admittedly her feet are bad. She has hormonal issues that cause her feet to get flacky/scaly and needs to have the excess skin removed. Today they were only available to a pedicure and half way through informed her they couldn’t do a manicure or indicated it would be 45 minutes. My sister came out and I sensed disappointment. She said they couldn’t do her hands until about an hour. No worries I said, don’t mind waiting. She went back in and cam out with the same level of disappointment and said she’d have to come back later and they offered a 5% discount. My sister has been Coming here for two years. She indicated they did a super rushed job on her feet as evident by the pictures. I took her to Diamond Nails, right around the corner to get a manicure. When we got home she showed me her feet and I was Quickly upset and called Upscale Salon. Upscale offered to allow us to come back this evening but I indicated we had plans and we would come by tomorrow. The lesson here is if you schedule appointments don’t try and squeeze someone in just to make a few bucks. You did a super RUSHED, crappy job today and tried to take advantage of a good customer. Simply explain to the customer and offer some times that work best for both. I expect better and the community demands it.
